- Click and drag the Gradient Tool from the circle’s centre to the edge to fill the circle with a gradient.
- Now, go to the Colors menu at the top of the screen and select Color Wheel. It’ll open the Color Wheel dialogue box.
- In the Color Wheel dialogue box, you can adjust the hue, saturation, and lightness of the colours. You can also choose different colour models, such as RGB or HSL, by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the dialogue box.
- When satisfied with the colour wheel, click OK to apply the changes.
- Finally, go to the Layers panel and click the New Layer button to create a new layer. Drag this layer below the colour wheel layer.
- With the new layer selected, go to the Paint Bucket Tool in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. Ensure the tool options are set to Foreground colour fill and the foreground colour is set to white.
- Click anywhere on the canvas to fill the new layer with white.
